Baileys Irish Cream Cheesecake Bars
St. Patrick's Day is just a couple weeks away, and that ways…desserts!!
I'one thousand non a big party person these days (iii kids will exercise that to ya), merely I'thousand ALL about celebrating simply about any occasion with delicious food and my favorite people.
These Baileys Cheesecake Bars are super fun – await how greenish they are! (Green is my favorite color! I'1000 crazy about this Green Ombre Mint Chocolate Cake too!)
These Baileys Irish Cream Cheesecake Confined are pretty elementary to brand and they're absolutely delicious. What a fun combination of flavors!
Normally I'm not a huge fan of boozy desserts, but these Baileys cheesecake bars take only a touch of Irish cream liquor, and so they're not very strong. It adds a little fleck extra flavor – just right!
Does alcohol cook out of baked goods?
Some, but non all, of the alcohol used in baked appurtenances will evaporate in the oven. All the same, even with a blistering time of one hour, about 25% of the original booze content remains.
There is just a small corporeality of Baileys Irish Cream liquor used in this recipe, merely that still makes it a grown-ups only treat.
For a non-alcoholic version, substitute with Irish cream java creamer.

Kitchen Supplies Used
- nine×13″ blistering pan
- Parchment paper
- Stand mixer
- Saucepan
- Kelly green food coloring
One of the coolest things about this recipe is the bright green crust. It's so festive and perfect for St. Patrick'southward Day!
However, if yous desire to make these for a dissimilar occasion, simply omit the light-green food coloring.
Nosotros used quite a bit of food coloring because we wanted the crust to be a vivid deep dark-green color.

Mint Chocolate Baileys Cheesecake Bars
Servings: 12 servings
Calories: 384 kcal
- two cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/2 loving cup butter unsalted, melted
- 2 teaspoons green food coloring
- 3 eggs
- three bars cream cheese (viii oz bars), softened
- 1 teaspoon Baileys Irish Cream
- ii/3 cup carbohydrate
- 1/two teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup mint chocolate fries
Baileys Chocolate Ganache Ingredients
- one cup semi sweet chocolate chips
- 1 Tablespoon Baileys Irish Foam
- 1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
Baileys Cheesecake Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F.

Line a 9x13" baking pan with parchment newspaper.

Stir together graham cracker crumbs, butter and green food coloring in a large mixing bowl. Press this mixture into the lesser of your prepared pan to form your crust.

Shell together cream cheese and sugar using a stand mixer or electric hand mixer.

Add eggs, i at a time, mixing as y'all become.

Add vanilla extract.

Stir in 3/four loving cup of mint chocolate chips by manus, and then cascade this cream cheese mixture into pan on peak of your crust.

Sprinkle the remaining 1/4 loving cup mint chocolate fries on height of your Baileys cheesecake.

Bake for xl minutes or until center is set.

Cool to room temperature, then transfer to the refrigerator to chill.
Baileys Chocolate Ganache Instructions

While cheesecake cools, heat heavy whipping cream in a saucepan until simmering.

Add chocolate chips and Baileys Irish Cream in a heat-rubber bowl and cascade your hot cream on peak. Allow to sit for near one minute, then stir until all the chocolate fries melted.

Remove your Baileys cheesecake from the fridge and pour ganache on top. Allow to set before cut and serving.
